As a student or staff member using a TCR-issued iPad, I understand and agree to the following rules:
What I CAN Do:
● Use my iPad for schoolwork, class activities, and learning apps
● Access Canvas, Google Docs, Gmail, and other tools with my TCR Google account
● Take care of the iPad like it’s my own — keep it clean, charged, and stored safely
● Ask for help if something stops working or seems wrong
What I CANNOT Do:
● Use the iPad to access inappropriate websites or videos
● Download or install apps without permission from my teacher or the IT team
● Share the iPad with friends, family, or others not enrolled at TCR
● Try to reset, jailbreak, or bypass security settings
● Use social media or chat apps unless it’s part of classwork
Safety & Responsibility:
● I will keep my password private and never log in as someone else
● I will use the iPad only for school purposes
● I understand that my iPad use can be monitored by TCR at any time
● If I break or lose the iPad due to misuse, I may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs totaling up to $350 for the iPad replacement
